My story

I always baked bread when I lived at home in Jura. I loved working the dough with my hands and seeing how simple ingredients like flour, water, and yeast would turn into the most wonderful things. After finishing my apprenticeship as a para veterinary worker I came to the Mathis-Hof to learn German. Life did its thing and I never left. With a fervent wish to further explore my passion for baking, I created my little bakery here at the farm. It makes me very happy to offer you freshly baked bread every Friday!
