Our farm shop

Our produce is sold in our little farm shop. Here you will find eggs from happy chickens, schnapps, pumpkins and Christmas trees, all obviously depending on the season. Every Friday at 13.30 you will find Adeline's freshly baked bread. We do not buy additional products for our assortment, therefore you might encounter empty shelves. Our chickens sadly do not lay more eggs at Easter or Christmas.

In addition to our own products you will find mineral water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. There are several cozy spots where you can have a seat, calm down and enjoy the ambience.

Tips

  • Liquor: Do not store our Eierkirsch and Mokkakirsch in the fridge. The high alcohol content is a strong conservation agent and makes it unnecessary to cool the bottles, even after being opened.
  • Pumpkins: Store the pumpkins in a dry place and check them from time to time for spots.

Our fine liquors

The schnapps in our farm store is produced with our own fruits. Additionally we have developed several specialty liqueurs, which you will only find here at the farm.

Eierkirsch: Eggnogs abound and they all taste different. More than 20 years ago Elsbeth Mathis developed her own take on the classic eggnog and added it to our line of liquors. The creamy liqueur is smooth tasting and is a great companion to coffee or dessert.

Mokka-Kirsch: Our Mokka-Kirsch shares a slight resemblance to Bailey's, but is less sweet and with a higher alcohol content. Instead of whiskey we use cherry schnapps as the alcoholic base.

Pommes d'amour: Apple schnapps is one of the less popular types of schnapps, which is why Elsbeth Mathis developed a liqueur on the basis of the apple schnapps. Apples added to the apple schnapps and left for several weeks produce a sweet and friendly liqueur.
